Casa das Palmeiras is an unique estate in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Build in 1901, for the Countess of Cuba, the author of the project is still unknown. The building features obvious art nouveau influences and it's character stands outin the urban maze. After being neglected for over 30 years, it's rehabilitation resulted in the transformation of a small and elegant charming house. Here, confort, technology and a personalized service go hand in hand with the tradition of a building over one century old, whose original architectural aspects were recovered and maintained. The most important goals, for us, was to preserve the atmosphere of the house while bringing into it the confort and technology required nowadays.
